3. I have lost my login details, what do I do?

You need to contact Anfiqu and request your login details to be sent to your home address. Anfiqu staff cannot give the login details over the phone or via email.

If any of your account details have changed then you may have to come in person and bring photocopies of the documentary evidence of the change, e.g. address, phone number, mobile number and so on. These details would be updated once confirmed.
